What Is the NDIS Price Guide?
The NDIS Price Guide (officially the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits) is published annually by the NDIA. It sets the maximum prices that NDIS providers can charge for supports and services. The 2025-26 edition (v1.1) took effect on 1 July 2025 and contains 631 support items across all categories.
The Price Guide is the authoritative source for PAPL billing codes and price limits. Every NDIS invoice must use rates at or below the limits specified in the guide.
Current Hourly Rates for Support Workers

Key Changes in 2025-26
The 2025-26 Price Guide introduced several updates that support workers should be aware of:
- Adjusted hourly rates across all shift types to reflect wage and cost-of-living increases
- Updated Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) loadings for certain support categories
- Clarified rules around short notice cancellations and provider travel
- Revised compliance requirements for record keeping and documentation
How the Price Guide Affects Your Invoices
When you create an NDIS invoice, the hourly rate you charge must not exceed the price limit in the current catalogue for the relevant PAPL code. Your invoice must also include the correct support item number, your ABN, and a compliant progress note. Download our free NDIS invoice template to ensure you include all required fields.
