Audio recordings are processed in-memory on the server and are never stored. Your cloud account (if you sign in) only stores your name, ABN, and invoice count — never health data or invoice content. Pro users also get zero-knowledge encrypted cloud backup — your data is encrypted on your device before upload, so even CareVoice servers cannot read it.
An ABN (Australian Business Number) is required for generating valid tax invoices under Australian law. You enter your ABN during the onboarding setup process, and it appears on every invoice you generate. If you do not have an ABN yet, you can register for one at the Australian Business Register. Yes. CareVoice is available as an Android app on Google Play and as a web app accessible from any modern browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can sign up with Email or Google. You can cancel your CareVoice Pro subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Navigate to Play Store, then Subscriptions, find CareVoice, and select Cancel. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
